美國藝術家 Vincent Lexington Harper 不但是畫家、攝影師，他同時也是一位職業軍人。因為對東方文化的喜愛與熱忱，他花費了 14 個月 5500 個小時完成了這個驚人的收藏。他將自己多年來所能夠收集到的各式東方風格的老海報，以數位還原的方式重新保存，並成立了〝老東方博物館〞來展示這些作品。沒想到這些超過 20 年歲月，來自三個國家的歷史遺跡重現，竟然是由一位西方藝術家所完成的，真的是值得深思！
